Divorced & Separated Support Groups

Two separate support groups are offered for both adults and children who are experiencing the crisis of divorce or separation in their families. Both groups are designed to protect one's confidentiality.
Support for Children
Services are offered for children experiencing divorce or separation are designed to help children navigate the change in the structure of their family in an emotionally supportive environment. The focus is on the child's emotional reaction to divorce or separation and employs various activities, including arts and crafts, as a healing tool.
Support for Adults
The group for adults experiencing divorce or separation is designed to support adults through the painful process of ending a marriage. The goal of this program is to help an individual begin the process of healing through the exploration of feelings and changes in the relationship. The program is designed to offer insight and reflection as a building block for the foundation for a new beginning.
