Funerals
We know how difficult
it is to make funeral arrangements for a deceased family
member. Please contact Maria Heron at ext. 41, who will be available to help
you through the process and to suggest readings and music
selections. Families and friends are invited to participate
in the Liturgy as readers and gift bearers. Our Resurrection
Choir sings at the Funeral Liturgy if desired. There
are prayers for the deceased at all Liturgies on the
weekend following the funeral and are also noted in the
weekly Bulletin.
A special Liturgy is also celebrated on All Souls' Day, November 2, for parishioners who have died during the past year.
They are remembered in a special way and a reception
is provided by volunteers immediately following the Liturgy. |
