Children facing divorce / Parental Death
Families in transition is a program for children, pre-school through eighth grade who are experiencing a loss due to a separation, divorce or death in the family. The program is run by facilitators who meet with the children in small groups to offer caring support. The sessions run on a semester basis on Wednesday afternoons from September through June.
