Parking Lot Walks: Mondays at 9:30am. Wear your sneakers, comfy clothes & bring a water bottle. Three laps around the parking lot is equal to one mile.
Yoga Classes: Thursdays at 9:30am (not on Thanksgiving) No commitment required - come whenever you can. Bring a mat or thick towel, wear comfy clothes & bring a water bottle.
Tai Chi Qigong: Tuesdays at 9:30am. No commitment required - come whenever you can. Bring a mat or thick towel & wear comfy clothes.
