To register for Living as Faith-filled Families please click on the link to our .PDF registration from below. You can fill out the form and return it to the Faith Formation Office at Presentation. Please note there is a fee increase for registrations returned after June 27, 2008.
Please return your registration forms AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! The registration forms will be updated periodically to indicate that some of the Learning Sessions, Community Events & Jr. High Courses are CLOSED to new registrations due to their popularity.
