Who Should Register? Families with children in grades 1-6. Family Faith is designed to be a faith-filled experience for all ages, therefore both children and their parents are required to attend the monthly gatherings at the parish. Children in grades 7 & 8 should register for our Junior High Program.
Registration Packet. Please return by mail or by fax (201-760-2570). Please note that the registration fee increases after August 15.

Family Faith celebrates First Eucharist/First Reconciliation in 2nd Grade. The Archdiocese of Newark requires one completed year of Family Faith Formation prior to starting the First Eucharist program. In addition to registering for the Family Faith Program, there is a separate registration form for First Eucharist.
Our Mission is three-fold:
(1) To experience Church, we contribute our time, talent and treasure to making a loving, fun-filled, meaningful family catechesis.
(2) To involve families, we connect with parents and kids, making them partners in faith formation.
(3) To experience Jesus, we intend to learn the lessons of the Fish and experience His Presence in the Fish Catechesis in store for us this year.
Covenant Agreement
I understand that by enrolling my children in the Church of the Presentation Family Faith Formation Program, my family is entering into the following covenant with the Parish:
- We have read and agree to the Faith Formation Mission
- As parents/guardians, we will witness our faith in Jesus Christ to our children which includes participating actively as a family at Sunday Mass and praying together at home.
- We will fulfill the requirements of the Family Faith Formation Program by attending the monthly Gatherings, by completing take home materials and by volunteering when possible.
