Singles' Ministry - Upcoming Events

The mission of the Singles' Ministry is to provide spiritual and social support to age 40+ individuals of all faiths who by choice or circumstance are presently living the single life. We intend to provide support through social, cultural, and religious events.

For more information on any of our events or to make a reservation, please call our "hotline" voicemail at 201-327-1313 ext. 874 and someone will return your call as soon as possible or email cynthia4joyce@gmail.com. Any last minute cancellations due to inclement weather will also be recorded on our hotline.

Please note: Steady rain cancels any outdoor event unless specified.

August 29: Bronx Botanical Garden
Plans include meeting at the church at 9:00 AM and departing at 9:30 AM. A late lunch will be at an Arthur Avenue restaurant. RSVP is requested by August 22 to dianedabkowski@chemist.com to determine restaurant availability. Any inclement weather will defer the start to meet at the church at 10:30 AM or the Garden State Plaza movie theater for a movie and late lunch at the Grand Lux Cafe.

September 12: Hike
Location to be determined. Plans include meeting at the church at 9:00 AM and departing at 9:30 AM with lunch immediately afterwards.

September 26: Parish Picnic
Single volunteers are encouraged to assist with the hourly 50/50 raffle. The event is planned from 12:30 PM until 5:00 PM.
