Mental Health Education Course
Beginning Monday, March 5, 2012
7:30-9:00pm

If you have a loved one who suffers with a severe and persistent mental illness like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, you will want to consider the unique opportunity of taking the NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Bergen County Family-to-Family Education Course.

The Family-to-Family course is a professionally-developed 12-week program, taught by trained family members in a confidential setting, to help caregivers understand and support individuals with a mental illness while maintaining their own well-being. Many describe the impact of this program as life changing. The course is not appropriate for individuals who themselves have a major mental illness.

We will meet for 12 consecutive Mondays beginning March 5 at Presentation. The course is free but space is limited and registration is required.
